Orders & Shipping
Below are some commonly asked questions
Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the order and the shipping destination. You can see the shipping cost for your order during checkout before completing the purchase.
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Fiveights.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.
Delivery times will be approximately 1-5 business days. During holidays and peak seasons these times may vary.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
Our order processing time, prior to shipping, is typically 24 business hours, excluding weekends and busy sale periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll promptly provide you with a confirmation email containing the tracking details for your convenience.
*Please note: When selecting Authority to Leave, Five Eights Clothing Co is not responsible for theft or loss of garments. Please only select this option when it is safe and suitable to do so.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PLEASE ENSURE THERE IS NO COLONGE/CREAMS/FLUFF/DUST on your returned item as we will not be able to accept them.
At Five Eights Clothing Co, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at enquiries@fiveights.com.au with your order number and any relevant details.
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at enquiries@fiveights.com.au within 14 days of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
We would recommend reviewing your junk/spam folder to ensure that your order confirmation hasn't mistakenly landed there. If you're still unable to find it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us enquiries@fiveights.com.au to confirm that your order has been successfully processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any order changes or amendments once it is confirmed as our warehouse processes orders generally within 2 days.
Should you change your mind on your order prior to it being shipped, you will be issued with either a refund or store credit.
Exchanges & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is due to a faulty or damaged item, we’ll send you a return shipping label. If your return is due to change of mind or incorrect sizing you will be responsible for the cost of returning these items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practice. Five Eights will not provide a refund exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia consumer law.
Any orders purchased using a discount code can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@fiveights.com.au.

Our garments typically are an oversized fit. If you prefer a slightly more fitted look Five Eights recommends one size down. Please refer to our models on any product page for a clear visual.

Gift Cards are non-refundable, any lost gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash.
WASHING
- Cold wash on a gentle setting with similar colours. As washing in hot water or an intense machine setting may cause damage to the fabric.
- Please check your machine to see if it heats up the water temperature even when selecting a cold wash cycle. If so, you may need to hand wash to prevent shrinkage.
- Avoid using fabric softener or detergents that contain bleaching agents, as this may damage or alter the fabric colour.
DRYING
- Air dry in the shade as direct sunlight may fade the material.
- Hang or lay flat to dry as soon as the washing cycle ends, don’t leave to soak.
- Do not tumble dry as this may alter the fabric.
STEAMING/IRONING
- Steam and/or Iron on a low setting, on the reverse side.
- Do not steam/iron over any printing, rubber or embellishments, as this may damage the details.
Afterpay
Below are some common questions about our products
When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to us at Five Eights Clothing Co within 14 days of your original purchase for exchange of size.
All exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your parcel. Please note Five Eights Clothing Co is not able to refund sale items.
When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for an exchange.
It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments!
If your AfterPay contract is cancelled or amended you will be charged a $10 fee.
Please contact us directly at Fiveights.com.au for any refunds on Afterpay purchases so we can properly advise of the next steps. Please note that no refunds will be issued until your returned goods have been received.
